My research mainly focuses on the design of alloy compositions and microstructure of high entropy alloys.The interplays between alloy composition
andmicrostructure are studied to promote mechanical properties.A quantum beam technique with neutron scattering is employed to investigate the microstructure of the alloys.

Currently, one of our developed alloys is being developed for implant. We are now investigating the biocompatibility of new alloy composition. In meantime, for using as implant, the elastic modulus of the metallic implant is big challenge to deal with. In our current project, we are studying a control of the microstructure for reducing the elastic modulus.

The commercial uses of high entropy alloys are currently limited as a result of recent discovery. Therefore, I would like to promote the application of the high entropy alloys in structural applications and bio-medical applications (metallic implant). If you have any idea for possible application, please suggest me.

I think so. In my opinion, it should relate to the chemical composition. However, I don't have much knowledge about electronic states. We can have a discussion, if possible.
